When a customer needs a real person, they type “human” and you get an alert. Take over from one inbox for every channel, reply as yourself, then hand the chat back to the assistant. Visitors can even talk to it with their microphone.
It needs no third-party cloud: your site talks directly to OpenAI, Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude, with per-person message limits and a daily cap so nobody can run up your bill. Conversations stay in your WordPress database.
